There is no minimum order for most products. Some specialty or bulk items may have minimum quantity requirements, which will be noted on the product page.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our online store. For phone and in-person orders we also accept company checks and wire transfers with approved credit.

Shipping

We ship throughout the continental United States. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
Most in-stock orders placed before 2 PM CT ship the same business day. Standard ground shipping typically arrives in 2–5 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Yes. Walk-in pickup is available at our Stafford, TX facility (10440 W Airport Blvd) Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout or call ahead so we can have your order ready.
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also contact us at 800-447-8874 for order status updates.

Products

Yes. We stock a full range of textile inks (plastisol, water-based, discharge), graphic/UV inks, and specialty formulations. If you need help selecting the right ink for your application, our tech support team can assist.
We carry alternative digital inks for most major wide-format printer brands — including eco-solvent, UV-curable, latex, and DTF inks. Contact us with your printer model and we can recommend compatible options.

Returns & Support

Unused, unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Custom-mixed inks and cut goods are non-returnable. Contact us at 800-447-8874 to initiate a return.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
